Diesel Mechanic role maintaining and repairing a fleet of trucks (Volvo, Mack, Freightliner, Isuzu) including reefer units; perform PM services, diagnose and repair diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems; conduct DOT inspections and safety checks; complete diagnostics using advanced tools; test drive to verify repairs; maintain service and repair logs; shift options available (1pm-9pm Tue-Sat and Sun-Thu 1pm-9pm); earn compensation based on experience with tiers (A-level $40/hr, B-level $35/hr, C-level $25-$30/hr) plus premiums for CDL Class A/B, welding, and EPA 609; benefits include Medical/Dental/Vision, 401(k), Life Insurance, PTO, Tool Allowance, Union Benefits, and sponsorship for professional certifications.
