Job Summary
Diesel Mechanic needed in Hagerstown, MD to repair and maintain diesel engines, trucks and trailers including Kenworth, Freightliner, Volvo, Mack, and lift trucks. Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment issues, performing mechanical and electrical maintenance on production machinery and facility support equipment, diagnosing malfunctions, ensuring safety per company policy and Lock-out/Tag-out procedures, and completing work orders with thorough documentation. Must analyze problems, test equipment, and communicate effectively across teams. Two+ years of tractor/trailer/forklift experience required; one year of diesel engine repair experience preferred.
