Job Summary
Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake and air systems on diesel/CNG trucks and equipment. Estimate time and material costs for vehicle repairs, perform work within Standard Labor Repair Times (SRTs), and respond to service calls for emergency breakdowns. Maintain a safe, clean work area and complete required paperwork documenting parts usage and repair times. Assist senior mechanics on project work and review/complete repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports. Operate in a repair/maintenance shop at our West Boylston, MA location on second shift (3:00 pm–11:00 pm) with Monday–Friday hours and no weekends. Requires 2 years of experience, a valid driver’s license, and legal eligibility to work in the United States. Ensures adherence to safety procedures per Corporate/OSHA standards.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Be over 18 years of age
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations
- Successfully complete and pass pre-employment drug screen and physical
