Job Summary
Heavy Equipment Lube Technician responsible for field lube services (oil changes, hydraulic/coolant topping, filter changes) and quick diagnostics/repairs on trucks and equipment. Perform preventative maintenance, small field repairs (hydraulic lines, alternator, battery), and quality control checks of the crew’s daily maintenance. Travel to job sites along routine route to perform service tasks and pick up safety-related items as needed. Requires strong mechanical knowledge, ability to operate and drive large lube trucks, willingness to learn additional tasks, and adherence to safety protocols. Required Qualifications
- Must be a US born citizen
- Must have a clean background
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have a REAL ID
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Minimum 3+ years of heavy equipment or diesel mechanic knowledge
- Must be comfortable driving large vehicles - lube truck
- Must be willing to learn additional tasks and follow instructions
- Physical requirements: able to perform manual labor, up to 50 lbs
- Regularly able to sit/stand and use hands
- Vision abilities include distance/color/peripheral/depth perception/focus
