Job Summary
Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostic troubleshooting, and full repairs on diesel and gaseous generators (50kw - 2mw) and parallel systems. Troubleshoot Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS), diagnose AC/DC circuits, fuel injection systems, and conduct load bank testing to verify operating performance. Execute warranty repairs following manufacturer protocols and lead startup/commissioning for new installations. Work remotely from home managing inventory, digital job reporting, and vehicle upkeep while assisting on complex projects. Requires 2+ years of troubleshooting generator engines, diesel engines, and electrical systems. Hourly rate up to $35/hr with comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of troubleshooting generator engines
- 2+ years of troubleshooting diesel engines
- 2+ years of troubleshooting AC/DC electrical systems
- 2+ years of troubleshooting ATS equipment
- 2+ years of performing complex mechanical repairs
