Diesel Fleet Mechanic responsible for preventative maintenance inspections and repairs on company-owned tractors, trailers, refrigerated units and support equipment; perform repairs per OEM/DOT specs; diagnose and repair vehicle systems; disassemble/reassemble heavy truck and trailer components; tire maintenance; use diagnostic software; read repair manuals; must have high school or equivalent and valid driver's license; Swift Transportation offers comprehensive benefits and hands-on OEM training with manufacturers such as Freightliner, International, Volvo, Cummins, and Detroit; overtime opportunities; shift Sundays to Wednesdays from 6am to 5pm; pay $22.00-$33.00 per hour; join a large fleet with growth and career advancement opportunities.
