Job Summary
Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems on diesel trucks and CNG equipment while estimating costs and adhering to Standard Labor Repair Times. Respond to emergency service calls, review Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports, and complete required paperwork for parts usage and repair documentation. Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards and assist senior mechanics on project work. Perform safety checks on vehicles to prioritize employee and community safety. Work Monday through Friday on the second shift (6:00 pm–3:00 am) with occasional Saturdays in a repair shop in Oklahoma City, OK.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- A valid drivers license, with a clean driving record
- Be over 18 years of age
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations
- Successfully complete and pass pre-employment drug screen and physical
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred qualifications for this role be 2 years of more experience with: CNG Knowledge
- Preferred candidate will have 2 years or more experience with: Computer Diagnostics
- Preferred candidate will have 2 years or more experience with: HVAC
- Preferred candidate will have ASE Certification in Brakes & preventative maintenance
