Diesel Fleet Mechanic Sign on Bonus $7500

Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems on diesel trucks and CNG equipment. Estimate time and material costs for repairs, perform work within Standard Labor Repair Times, and respond to emergency service calls. Conduct safety checks on vehicles and maintain a clean work area compliant with OSHA standards. Complete required paperwork documenting parts usage and repair times, while assisting senior mechanics on project work. Review and assign repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports. Work Monday through Friday on the second shift (4:00pm–2:00am) with rotating Saturdays in a repair shop in Conroe, TX. Requires two years of relevant experience, a valid driver's license, and ability to perform physical demands including lifting and exposure to weather extremes.
