The Die Tech Change Associate / Lead Tech is responsible for machine processing, troubleshooting, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met in the assigned area. Requires High School education and mechanical abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Understanding roles and responsibilities of injection mold operators
- Proper part inspection and defect detection
- Part handling and color changes
- Ability to lift at least 40lbs
- Sound mechanical abilities
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to work any shift assigned
- Must be able to work overtime as required
- May be required to travel on company business
