Job Summary
Manage and prioritize workflow at secondary presses to maximize daily output and operational effectiveness. Support Secondary Operations and operators in the Stamping/Fabrication Department by ensuring safe, efficient, and productive work while interpreting prints and specifications. Train operators on proper part loading procedures and use precision measuring tools to maintain high standards for product quality. Operate a variety of tools and machines to complete production tasks while following all safety and environmental procedures. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve quality, safety, delivery, and productivity goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work overtime, including Saturdays, when needed
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and remain standing or sitting for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Commitment to working safely and supporting a safe workplace for everyone
- Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation, in accordance with the ADA
Desired Qualifications
- Willingness to learn new skills and operate production equipment
