Job Summary
Ensure sufficient dies are in the ovens at each press based on the production schedule, transferring them to and from the inventory system. Recycle failed dies quickly and place them in caustic solution to clean aluminum residue. Perform other duties as assigned. This role supports maximum efficiency and productivity in our Leetonia, OH location.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in manufacturing environment
- Must be able to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Must be eligible to work in the United States, visa sponsorships are not available
- Must have regular attendance
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials and equipment
- Willingness to work in a variety of settings, including indoors and outdoors, and in different weather conditions
- Consistently exhibits a positive, respectful attitude towards co-workers and customers

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
