Job Summary
DIE SETTER for 2ND SHIFT in the Press Department. Lead and coordinate all die setting and die changeovers, ensuring safe, efficient stamping operations. Train as a Stamping Press Operator and run a press as needed. Maintain a clean, safe work area following 5S and KanBan pull systems. Set up dies per standard instructions, pre-stage dies, and communicate die repair needs. Perform accurate daily verification of measurement devices and adhere to quality objectives and procedures. Ensure safety of self, teammates, and product from damage or injury.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Three to five years’ die/stamping related experience and/or training; or equivalent
- Experience as Stamping Press Operator or equivalent
- Hilo license
- Crane license
