Die Setter (1st Shift)

Set up molds efficiently and safely to ensure quality production output and perform timely mold and die changes while reporting any deficiencies to the shift supervisor. Coordinate manufacturing requirements with other shifts and team members, working closely with supervisors to ensure color changes are completed effectively. Receive and prepare scheduled mold change jobs, including molds, workstations, and auxiliary equipment, while maintaining a clean and organized work area. Promote safe operations on each assigned mold change and maintain safety for yourself and coworkers. Work the 1st shift from Monday through Thursday, 6 AM to 4:30 PM, with pay ranging from $18 to $25 based on experience.
