Die Repair - 2nd/3rd

Repair, rebuild, and maintain casting and trim dies in line with original specifications using blueprints to build and replace segments, cores, details, and parts. Draw polish or grind die cavity surfaces, make repairs, remove stuck castings, and correct dimensional problems. Perform welding duties as needed and troubleshoot all production tooling problems to determine the best course of action. Utilize appropriate tools and equipment to complete assigned work. Starting rate up to $37/hour plus shift premiums, with performance compensation at 90 days, six months, and one year.
