Die Rebuild Associate - PA4 - 3rd shift

Disassemble and reassemble Punch & Pack tooling, replace worn components, and clean fixtures using established work instructions. Perform basic visual checks to verify proper assembly, escalate damaged tooling or abnormal conditions outside procedures, and return completed tooling to designated storage. Clean and stage components required for production changeovers, maintain organized inventories of approved materials, and transport tooling to production locations. Support production activities by cross-training on designated operator tasks and maintaining clean work areas in accordance with 5S requirements. This 3rd shift role at the Lincolnton, NC facility requires standing for 8 hours and lifting up to 40lb boxes.
