Die Maintenance Technician - Stamping/Forming

Die Maintenance Technician role focusing on troubleshooting and maintenance of stamping and forming dies. Engaged learning under mentor-ship with supervision from experienced tool and die technicians. Provides support in troubleshooting/repairs and system improvements within operations and engineering. Contributes to continuous improvement and cost reduction activities. Maintains a clean, orderly work area and supports 5S initiatives. Plans/performs bench and machine operations requiring simple setups and methods to maintain tolerances. Performs difficult and exacting machine operations requiring a variety of setups and methods to maintain tolerances. Adjusts and repairs tools, jigs, fixtures and gauges. TIG welding experience is required.
