Job Summary
Die Cutting Operator I (Day Shift) assists the Die Cutting Operator III by preparing loads for die cutting, loading stock into the feeder, performing die cut product inspections for defects, and carrying out quality checks per the quality system. Responsibilities include setting up tooling with the centerline system, installing top/bottom strippers and blankers, maintaining tooling storage, keeping a clean work area, and assisting with routine maintenance. The role is full-time with a 3-day-per-week, 12-hour shift schedule and occasional overtime. Requires stamina, manual dexterity with tooling and machines, basic computer skills, a positive attitude, and overtime flexibility. Preferred qualification includes GED or High School Equivalent.
