Job Summary
Operates Die Cutter and Sheeter on 1st shift (5am–3:30pm, Monday–Thursday) to produce paperboard products. Responsibilities include die-cutting setup, loading correct die/stock, setting sheet lengths, running the press at required speeds, basic maintenance, monitoring quality, recording daily production, and adhering to safety procedures. Requires 1-2 years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, basic machine maintenance knowledge, strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently in a manufacturing environment.
