Die Cutter Operator

Job Summary
Set up, operate, and adjust die cutting equipment to produce packaging components within specification while performing makeready and changeovers between job runs. Conduct in-process quality inspections for dimensional accuracy and cut quality, monitor machine performance for real-time adjustments, and perform routine preventive maintenance. Maintain accurate production records, communicate downtime or defect issues to supervisors, and adhere to all safety protocols, 5S standards, and GMP requirements. Requires 1+ years of die cutting experience, ability to read job tickets, and availability to work assigned shifts in Peachtree City, GA.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of die cutting operation experience in a packaging, printing, or manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret job tickets, machine settings, and quality specifications
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort making hands-on machine adjustments during production
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work assigned shift in Peachtree City, GA
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with rotary or flatbed die cutters in a folding carton or corrugated environment
- Familiarity with specialty carton or packaging production processes
- Experience in a lean manufacturing or continuous improvement environment
- Forklift certification a plus
