Die Cut Operator

Operates die-cutting equipment to produce conforming products at required pace, coordinating with crew to maximize material utilization while meeting GMP and ISO standards. Serves as a coach to crew members, trains others, and ensures safety, quality, and timeliness in production. Sets up dies and materials, operates testing equipment related to corrugated and cutting, and performs routine machine maintenance and preventative maintenance. Interprets safety rules and manuals, uses measurements and data to verify conformance to specifications, conducts regular quality inspections, and maintains documentation. Works in a 12-hour shift manufacturing environment, with a focus on achieving production and efficiency goals and contributing to continuous safety and improvement efforts.
