Die Associate

Set up tooling for die press, load dies, verify tooling per die setup procedure; take dies to the press and load into the die oven; write tooling and time on the die oven inventory log; remove post-production tooling for caustic process; clean and bead blast tooling, separate tools as repair or polish; assist correctors with polishing and ensuring dies are stored properly; keep workspace clean and organized; monitor and change out caustic tanks as required; work overtime and weekends on 12-hour shifts; capable of lifting up to 50 pounds; collaborate with a team on the production floor.
