Dice Dealer

Job Summary
Deal craps and other table games with accuracy and high-level customer service. Exchange cash for chips, track and record gaming documents, calculate dice spots and payable odds, and ensure wagers are placed before dice are thrown. Rotate through multiple table games (seated and standing), inform customers about rules, and maintain knowledge of company policies and gaming regulations. Must be able to stand for long periods, bend and reach across tables, and obtain/maintain any required licenses/certifications. Prior experience or dealer’s school strongly preferred; 21+ and strong customer service skills required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Six (6) months of prior experience or dealer’s school strongly preferred
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications
- Excellent customer skills
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to bend and reach across gaming table
- Must be able to use hands to deal and collect playing cards
