Job Summary
Provide full-scope OB/GYN care across the lifespan in clinic and hospital settings, performing gynecologic procedures and surgeries with early, consistent OR access. Take scheduled 24-hour call shifts from home as backup to in-house Certified Nurse Midwives, ensuring 24/7 coverage while managing a significantly reduced call structure. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary care team including mental health providers and lactation support, and participate in quality and outcomes-driven initiatives. Practice with no wRVU or productivity pressures, focusing on patients rather than volume. Join a mission-driven practice dedicated to expanding access to women's healthcare regardless of insurance or ability to pay.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN
- Licensed or eligible in Texas
