Set diamonds and gemstones using prong, pavé, and channel techniques with precision and consistency. Perform stone tightening, repairs, and ring sizing while polishing and finishing pieces to production standards. Work with gold, platinum, and other precious metals, maintaining tight quality control to ensure every item leaving the bench is clean and secure. This full-time day shift role offers $25–$30/hour with 401(k), health insurance, and PTO at an established shop with over 35 years in business.
Required Qualifications
- Strong, hands-on diamond/gem setting experience (not entry-level)
- Comfortable and confident working under a microscope with tight tolerances
