Job Summary
This full-time role is focused on driving sales of bespoke diamonds and fine jewelry by building strong client relationships and exceeding sales targets. The Diamond Sales Specialist will leverage extensive product knowledge to provide a luxury shopping experience, oversee all sales transactions, maintain effective client communication, and support inventory control. Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and a passion for luxury goods. A minimum of 3 years in retail sales within fine jewelry is required, with a preference for candidates holding a Bachelor’s or GIA Degree.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of prior retail sales experience in fine jewelry required
- Must be proficient with Mac computers, and Google Suite

- Bachelor’s or GIA Degree preferred
- Proven experience in luxury sales, fine jewelry, or diamond retail
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
