Job Summary
Lead all campground operations, including guest services, maintenance, housekeeping, and lodging. Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team while delivering exceptional guest experiences and strong online reviews. Own the property's financial performance, including labor and operating expenses, and lead ongoing infrastructure and capital improvement projects while minimizing disruption to guests. Partner with Home Office to continuously improve the property and business. This role is ideal for an experienced campground leader excited to shape the future of Diamond Lake Resort, located in Owensboro, Kentucky, as the company enters a new chapter of growth.
Required Qualifications
- General Manager (or equivalent senior leadership) experience managing a campground & RV resort
- Experience leading cross-functional operations and developing teams
- Strong financial and operational leadership experience
- A hands-on leader who enjoys solving problems and improving systems
