Dialysis Water System Specialist

Job Summary
Ensure proper functioning of the Water Room, central water distribution system, bi-carb system, portable RO units, and acid delivery system. Prepare dialysate, maintain adequate inventory of supplies and equipment, and assist patient care staff with treatment materials and area preparation. Complete microbial monitoring, sanitization, and disinfection of all equipment per standards, including weekly chemical, monthly loop, and quarterly RO disinfection. Calibrate Myron meters, maintain operating logs, and collect water samples to verify quality. Transport equipment to various locations, participate in staff training, and assist in reviewing water-related policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School or Equivalent (GED)
- Ability to read, write, hear, speak and comprehend the English language
