Job Summary
Conduct dialysis procedures under supervision as part of a sixteen-week paid training program, progressing from onsite clinical introduction to preceptor-led clinical training. Maintain a 78% cumulative average on exams and pass all clinical competencies while adhering to an excellent attendance record. Work rotating day and evening shifts as needed by the facility. Complete college-level English, Mathematics, and Science coursework, with an Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred. Join Centers for Dialysis Care to receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus for existing OCDTs and access to a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401K.
