Job Summary
Provide in-home dialysis patient support: assist with setup for dialysis treatments (NxStage, Tablo or equivalent), offer companionship and emotional reassurance, ensure safety and assist with light ADLs, maintain communication with clinic nurses and care coordinators, and document concerns or changes during support hours. Training provided; work independently within a clinical care team.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting dialysis patients (home or clinical setting)
- Preferred: Familiarity with home dialysis machines
- Strong interpersonal communication
- Must be dependable
