Job Summary
Monitor patients during dialysis treatments under the direction of a licensed nurse, setting up equipment and monitoring vitals throughout the session. Maintain compliance with standards of care, CMS regulations, and health system policies while managing daily patient care. Attain CHT or CCHT certification within 18 months of employment. Work a varied day shift schedule of 40 hours at Ozark Dialysis Clinic in Monett.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must attain CHT or CCHT certification within 18 months of employment
Desired Qualifications
- CNA, phlebotomy or other medical experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exhibits valuable time management skills
- Strong critical thinking/problem solving skills
- Flexibility and ability to work in a multi-tasking environment
- Basic computer skills
