Job Summary
Dialysis Technician sought for part-time, 24 hours/week at the Utah Dialysis Center in Salt Lake City. Provides dialysis care under RN delegation, including setting up, initiating, monitoring, and terminating dialysis therapy per provider order; maintains patient safety and documents in the electronic health record; participates in continuous improvement. Requires BLS; must obtain CCHT certification within 18 months (or already certified). Offers benefits; variety of shift days with on-call and weekend requirements. Location: Salt Lake City, Utah. Required Qualifications
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers
- Current Certified Chronic Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) or Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) certification
- Ability to obtain CCHT certification within 18 months of hire
- Demonstrated ability to monitor and document dialysis treatment and patient status
- Ability to operate dialysis equipment and manage patient safety
