Job Summary
Dialysis Technician Trainee role with Centers for Dialysis Care (CDC). Paid 16-week training program onsite to become a Dialysis Technician, starting at $17.34/hour with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for those already an OCDT. Offers a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401K, disability, life insurance) and tuition reimbursement. No dialysis experience required; training includes 16 weeks of onsite introduction, classroom and clinical instruction, and preceptor-based practical training. Requires excellent attendance, flexible rotating schedule including days/evenings, and a positive work history; patient care or phlebotomy experience is a plus; college-level English, mathematics, and science completed is advantageous (Associate or Bachelor’s degree).
