Job Summary
In-home dialysis support role assisting patients in Daytona Beach or San Francisco area. Conduct and support patient setup for dialysis treatments using NxStage, Tablo or equivalent machines; provide companionship and emotional reassurance; monitor safety and assist with light activities of daily living (ADLs); maintain communication with clinic nurses and care coordinators; document concerns or changes observed during support hours; training and placement assistance provided; work independently while being supported by a clinical care team.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting dialysis patients (home or clinical setting)
- Familiarity with home dialysis machines (preferred)
- Reliable, empathetic, and detail-oriented
- Strong interpersonal communication
- Must be dependable
- Must pass background check and vetting via Herewith platform
