Job Summary
Dialysis Technician (PCT) needed at DaVita Canal Winchester Dialysis Center. Responsibilities include direct patient care during dialysis to up to 4-5 patients, preparing the water room, testing water for chlorine, calibrating tools, monitoring patients before, during, and after treatment, and patient education on kidney-dialysis topics. Training provided with paid program and potential for progression via clinical ladder; work schedule includes early shifts (as early as 4:00 am), 32-40 hours per week during training, and potential for 12+ hour shifts. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and willingness to train across multiple clinics; healthcare experience and certifications (BONENT, CHT, CNA, CMA, Phlebotomy) are preferred. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to train and work across multiple clinics within the territory as needed
- Comfortable working around blood and needles
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Health care experience preferred including BONENT Certified, Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or Phlebotomy certification
