Job Summary
Registered Nurse for Northwest Kidney Centers' Regional Float Pool covering multiple Puget Sound Kidney Centers. Provides dialysis patient care, documents care, and supports the team with relief/project duties; works evenings in a .9 FTE schedule (4 shifts of 9 hours). Requires WA RN license, an accredited nursing degree (associate or bachelor), BLS, and preferably one year of dialysis experience. The role emphasizes self-direction under the charge nurse/supervisor, teamwork, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Eligible for shift and weekend premiums with comprehensive benefits including medical plans, retirement, tuition reimbursement, PTO, and commute benefits. The position supports kidney care across SeaTac, Renton, Rainier Beach, Burien and surrounding Puget Sound facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nursing license in the state of Washington
- Equivalent of Associate or Baccalaureate degree with a Nursing major
- American Heart Association BLS
