Job Summary
Deliver and document care for patients dialyzing at the Everett Kidney Center while accepting direction from the charge nurse, supervisor, or manager. Perform relief and project duties aligned with department and company goals. Maintain a per diem schedule running Monday through Saturday in shifts from 0500-1430 or 1400-2345. This role includes eligibility for evening and weekend shift premiums. Northwest Kidney Centers, a not-for-profit operator of 19 clinics across the Puget Sound region, prioritizes patient-centered care and dialysis innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Equivalent of Associate or Baccalaureate degree with a Nursing major
- Current Registered Nursing license in the state of Washington
- American Heart Association BLS
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to work Monday through Saturday 0500-1430 or 1400-2345
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to receive the COVID-19 vaccine
Desired Qualifications
- One year of previous nursing experience
- Prior dialysis experience
