Job Summary
Hemodialysis RN role providing direct inpatient care to dialysis patients within Encompass Health's rehab setting. Responsibilities include supervising treatments, conducting patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, educating nursing staff on hemodialysis care and equipment, and building meaningful patient relationships to support recovery. Requires current RN licensure, CPR, and ACLS within 1 year of hire; 6 months dialysis nursing experience and 1 year inpatient hospital experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- ACLS within 1 year of hire
Desired Qualifications
- ACLS certification preferred within 1 year of hire
- CRRN certification preferred
- Experience in inpatient hospital setting preferred
- Dialysis nursing experience (6 months)
