Job Summary
Provide direct patient care to inpatients receiving hemodialysis; supervise care and treatments, perform patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns. Educate nursing staff on hemodialysis care, equipment, and standards of care; build meaningful relationships with patients to support recovery by addressing physical, mental, and emotional needs. Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team in a state-of-the-art dialysis suite to deliver compassionate, tailored care and support professional growth and advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- ACLS within 1 year of hire
- 6 months dialysis nursing experience required
- 1 year of experience in inpatient hospital setting preferred
