Job Summary
Provide direct patient care to inpatients requiring hemodialysis, supervise treatments, perform patient assessments, and create personalized care plans. Educate nursing staff on hemodialysis care, equipment, and standards of care. Build meaningful relationships with patients to support recovery and quality of life, while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team in a state-of-the-art dialysis suite. Strong emphasis on compassionate, tailored care and ongoing professional development within a nationally recognized inpatient rehabilitation environment.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- ACLS within 1 year of hire
- CRRN certification preferred (If you‘re not currently certified, assistance can be provided to obtain it)
- 6 months dialysis nursing experience
- 1 year of inpatient hospital setting experience preferred
