Job Summary
Direct patient care for inpatients undergoing hemodialysis; supervise treatment delivery and assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns. Educate nursing staff on hemodialysis care, equipment, and standards of care. Build rewarding patient relationships by addressing physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid in recovery. Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, high-quality dialysis services and contribute to patient advancement in a state-of-the-art dialysis suite.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- ACLS within 1 year of hire
- CRRN certification preferred (If you‘re not certified, support to obtain)
- 6 months dialysis nursing experience
- 1 year of experience in inpatient hospital setting preferred
