Job Summary
Hemodialysis RN providing direct inpatient care in a dialysis setting within an inpatient rehabilitation environment. Responsibilities include supervising treatments, conducting patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, addressing patient concerns, educating nursing staff on hemodialysis care and equipment, and ensuring adherence to hemodialysis standards of care. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, tailored care and support patient recovery and advancement. Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- ACLS within 1 year of hire
- CRRN certification preferred (If you don't have it, we can help you to obtain it!)
- 6 months dialysis nursing experience required
- 1 year of experience in inpatient hospital setting preferred
