Job Summary
Dialysis RN: Provide direct patient care to inpatients in need of hemodialysis, supervise care and treatments, conduct patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns. Educate nursing staff on hemodialysis patient care, equipment, and standards of care. Build rewarding relationships with patients by addressing physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid in recovery; work within a collaborative interdisciplinary team in a state-of-the-art dialysis suite at Encompass Health.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- ACLS within 1 year of hire
- 6 months dialysis nursing experience required
