Dialysis RN

Provide direct patient care to inpatients requiring hemodialysis, including supervising treatments, conducting assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns. Build relationships with patients by addressing their physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid recovery. Educate nursing staff on hemodialysis patient care, equipment usage, and standards of care. Requires current RN licensure, CPR certification, ACLS within one year, and six months of dialysis nursing experience. One year of inpatient hospital experience is preferred.
