Job Summary
Provide direct patient care to inpatients requiring hemodialysis, including supervising treatments, conducting assessments, and creating personalized care plans. Build relationships with patients by addressing their physical, mental, and emotional needs while educating nursing staff on equipment and standards of care. Requires current RN licensure, CPR certification, and ACLS within one year of hire, with six months of dialysis experience and one year of inpatient hospital experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensures as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- ACLS within 1 year of hire
- 6 months dialysis nursing experience required
- 1 year of experience in inpatient hospital setting preferred
