Job Summary
Provide direct patient care to inpatients requiring hemodialysis, including supervision of treatments, patient assessments, and creation of personalized care plans. Build relationships with patients by addressing their physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid recovery. Educate nursing staff on hemodialysis patient care, equipment usage, and standards of care. Requires current RN licensure, CPR certification, and ACLS within one year of hire, with six months of dialysis nursing experience. CRRN certification is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensures as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- ACLS within 1 year of hire
- 6 months dialysis nursing experience required
Desired Qualifications
- CRRN certification preferred
- 1 year of experience in inpatient hospital setting preferred
