Dialysis RN

Provide direct patient care to inpatients requiring hemodialysis, including supervising treatments, conducting assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns. Build relationships by understanding physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid recovery, while educating nursing staff on equipment, standards of care, and patient-specific protocols. Requires current RN licensure, CPR certification, and ACLS within one year of hire, with six months of dialysis experience mandatory and one year of inpatient hospital experience preferred.
