Job Summary
Provide direct patient care to inpatients receiving hemodialysis, supervise care and treatments, perform patient assessments, and develop personalized care plans. Educate nursing staff on care of hemodialysis patients, equipment, and standards of care; build rewarding relationships with patients to support recovery and quality of life. Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- ACLS within 1 year of hire
- CRRN certification preferred (If you‘re not, we can help you to obtain it!)
- 6 months dialysis nursing experience required
- 1 year of experience in inpatient hospital setting preferred
