Job Summary
Provide direct patient care to inpatients receiving hemodialysis; supervise care and treatments, conduct patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns. Educate nursing staff on the care of hemodialysis patients, equipment, and standards of care. Build rewarding relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid in recovery. Thrive in a collaborative interdisciplinary team within a state-of-the-art dialysis suite. Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensures as required by state regulations.
- CPR certification
- ACLS within 1 year of hire
- CRRN certification preferred (If you‘re not, we can help you to obtain it!)
- 6 months dialysis nursing experience required.
- 1 year of experience in inpatient hospital setting preferred.
