Providing direct patient care to inpatients in need of hemodialysis; supervising care and treatments, conducting patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns; educating nursing staff on dialysis patient care, equipment, and standards of care; collaborating within an interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, tailored care to individuals with kidney disease; opportunities for professional growth with tuition reimbursement and continuing education; state-of-the-art dialysis suite and supportive environment. Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- ACLS within 1 year of hire
- CRRN certification preferred (If you‘re not, we can help you obtain it!)
- 6 months dialysis nursing experience
- 1 year of inpatient hospital setting experience preferred
