Job Summary
Provide direct patient care to inpatients requiring hemodialysis, supervise care and treatments, perform patient assessments, and develop personalized care plans. Educate nursing staff on hemodialysis care, equipment, and standards of care; build meaningful patient relationships to support recovery and quality of life. Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team, leveraging state-of-the-art dialysis technology to deliver compassionate, specialized renal care close to home and heart.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- ACLS within 1 year of hire
- CRRN certification preferred (If you‘re not, we can help you to obtain it!)
- 6 months dialysis nursing experience required
- 1 year of experience in inpatient hospital setting preferred
